ICAI Dallas is a Texas nonprofit corporation, organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes in accordance with 501(c)(6) of IRS code with the primary purpose of advancing the science of accountancy and to provide networking opportunities to its members and accounting professionals.
The Dallas Chapter of ICAI was launched on 22 May 2021 as the 41st overseas chapter and 7th chapter in the USA.
